Process monoflange

Process monoflanges are designed so that they can replace the traditional primary shut-off valve. They are flanged directly to the process flange and so they are the connection between process and measuring instrument. The primary shut-off valve has to be designed as a process valve and therefore has a OS & Y valve cover. The secondary shut-off valve and the venting valve do have screwed-in spindle guides by default. The standard instrument connection is a 1/2 NPT female thread and the standard process connections do have a flange connection acc. to ASME B16.5. The process monoflanges are available with axial, radial and dual (axial and radial) outlets for vertical or horizontal pressure tapping.

Monoflanges are available in block, block & bleed and double block & bleed designs.
