Short delivery times even during chip crisis and shortage of materials thanks to intelligent warehouse management
Caused by recent supply problems for computer chips and microprocessors, as well as shortage of materials, there are repeated delivery problems of industrial valves in the industry. Particularly affected by this are positioners, which cannot be produced without the necessary microprocessors and which are hard to get at current times.
Thanks to our intelligent warehouse management, we are happy to announce, that we are able to deliver high quality products like the ND9000 intelligent positioners made by NELES within a few days.

Neles Eurohub goes live with the first orders.

The centralized warehouse and logistics concept caters to the needs of our European channel partners. Now we have reached an important milestone for Eurohub with the shipment of the first orders.

With the new Eurohub concept, we can now offer them additional flexibility through our stock – and we are just a few hours away from their warehouse,” says Kalle Suurpää, Executive Vice President of Valve Controls and Actuators business line at Neles. “Our start with Eurohub has been promising, and customer feedback on delivery times, for instance, has been very positive,” Suurpää adds.
The very first order came from the UK, and, just recently, we received another order from Germany, from Industriearmaturen Göttgens. The company is one of Neles’ distributors for northern Germany and our trusted partner for all Neles solutions. Göttgens has over 30 years of experience in control and regulation technology.

High pressure ball valve H29 for nitrogen applications
Nitrogen offers great opportunities in energy storage in the future. It is used in mobility, power generation in the form of power to gas, chemical industry and steel industry. Therefore, we are constantly expanding our range of high-quality valves for hydrogen applications.
From now on with the series H29 ball valves, we provide valves optimized for long-lasting usage and highest safety as well as environment standards up to 1000bar.
Manual as well as automated the H29 series is based on many years of experience with fueling and storage systems for nitrogen.
The ball valves of the H29 series are tested acc. to ISO 19880:2018 (nitrogen-fueling stations) and acc. to TPED. They offer stem seals acc. to ISO 15848-1 and API641 and withstand up to 500000 cycles of operation without service.
